1.1. We provide holistic services including one-on-one healing sessions and session packages, which may involve somatic work, hypnosis, and emotional release practices. These services are offered in-person or online.
1.2. Our services are designed to support personal growth and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and we do not diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. By using our Website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2.2. Services are available to both U.S. and international clients unless prohibited by local law.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1. A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due after the session.
3.2. Refunds may be granted under certain conditions at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied or unable to attend your session, please contact us promptly to discuss your options.
3.3. Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed with valid notice and reason. We reserve the right to charge or retain a deposit in cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows.

4.1. We respect your privacy. All personal and sensitive information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except when:
- Required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others or abuse),
- You provide written consent for disclosure,
- Disclosure is necessary to protect your safety.
